SC (Shipment Certificate) is applied for per shipment, and the prerequisite is an existing valid PC certificate. Process: ① Confirm that the PC is within its validity period and covers the models in this shipment; ② Prepare the commercial invoice, packing list, and bill of lading information; ③ Submit the SC application on the SABER platform and link the PC number; ④ The authorized body reviews it (usually 1–3 working days); ⑤ After obtaining the SC, customs clearance is carried out with the shipment. The product name and quantity on the SC must be completely consistent with the customs clearance documents.
Common reasons for failure: the PC has expired, the models in this shipment are not within the PC coverage, or the invoice amount does not match the declaration. It is recommended to initiate the SC application at the same time as booking, rather than waiting until after container loading.
