Amazon requires a CE certificate, but I only have a test report. What should I do?

This is the most common misunderstanding: CE itself does not issue certificates; what Amazon actually wants is a "compliance document package." The correct submission contents are: ① test reports issued by laboratories with CNAS/CMA or EU-recognized qualifications (standard versions within the validity period); ② a declaration of conformity (DoC) signed by the manufacturer; ③ a technical file index; ④ photos of the CE mark on the product and packaging. For some categories, Amazon will also require NB certificates, which is an additional stricter platform requirement.

The three major reasons for rejection: the report standard version is expired, the report is missing pages or does not cover all applicable directives, and the entity signing the DoC is inconsistent with the store entity.
